PRICING

The cost of your charter depends on where you want to go and what you want to do. Charter prices start from £1850.

Most people like to go ashore somewhere to have lunch and the cost will vary depending on your choice, ranging from decent pub food to high quality restaurants.

We can usually pre-book most places, the most popular locations often need to be booked several weeks in advance.

If you choose to have a picnic lunch either on-board or at one of the many picnic locations ashore, we can pre-order a buffet from the Marks and Spencer Food to Order range. We will add a 15% service charge to these orders to cover administration and collection of the food on the morning of the charter.

If you have other dietary or food requests please let us know and we will try and work something out that suits you.

Tea, coffee, soft drinks, bottled water and alcohol on a fair and sensible use basis are all included in the charter price.

Example day trip charters

We try to build all costs into the charter price except for your transport to and from the marina and any meals and drinks you have for lunch when ashore. The charter price will include; your exclusive use of the luxury Yallabina Motor Yacht, qualified Skipper and crew, fuel, marina fees, mooring fees, river taxis, snacks, tea, coffee and alcohol on a fair and sensible use basis and boat cleaning at the end of the day.

Our charter prices start at £1850 and increase as we travel further afield or if the charter day coincides with any special events taking place.

Needles Cruise

Departing from Lymington at about 10:45 after familiarisation and a safety briefing, we will cruise down the Lymington to the Jack in the Basket and head West towards Hurst Castle taking in the sights on the way. You’ll get a great view of Hurst Castle from the starboard side, we’ll then head onwards towards the Needles rocks. Cruising close to the Needles will give you some spectacular views that can only be experienced from the water.

Heading back along the picturesque Isle of Wight coast, past the colourful Alum Bay sands, we’ll head into Yarmouth for lunch.

There will be time for sightseeing and exploring the town with lunch in a local pub/restaurant and then back on board for tea or coffee before departing.

After lunch, we’ll cruise up to Newtown Creek and drop the anchor to take in the scenery and if weather and tides permit, a quick dip in the sheltered water.

Depart Newtown and head back to Lymington Yacht Haven, arriving safely back on berth in time for final refreshments before departing Yallabina for 17:30.

Folly Inn Cruise

Departing from Lymington at about 10:45 after familiarisation and safety briefing, we will cruise cruise down the Lymington River to Jack in the Basket and head West towards Hurst Castle. Leaving Hurst Castle to the starboard side, we will cruise across the Solent to Fort Albert giving some great photo opportunities.

Heading back along the Solent up towards Cowes taking in the sights along the way, we’ll arrive in Cowes and cruise down the River Medina until we sight the Folly Inn on our port side.

From our berth on a river pontoon you will be ferried across the Medina to the Folly Inn for lunch in a river taxi.

Departing the Folly Inn after lunch, we’ll cruise back up river and out into the Solent. From the mouth of the Medina we’ll motor round to Osbourne Bay to take in the sights before heading West back down the Solent arriving back on berth at the Yacht Haven in time for final refreshments before departing Yallabina for 17:30.

Needles Cruise with Lunch in Beaulieu River

Departing from Lymington at about 10:45 after familiarisation and a safety briefing, we will cruise up the river to the Jack in the Basket and head West towards the Needles Rocks. Taking in the sights on the way and leaving Hurst Castle to starboard, we will cruise close to the Needles and take in some spectacular views that can only be experienced from a boat.

Heading back along the picturesque Isle of Wight coast, cruising past the colourful Alum Bay sands, we’ll head up towards Southampton, but before we reach Calshot Spit we’ll enter the historic Beaulieu River. There is so much to see as we wind our way upstream, eventually reaching Bucklers Hard for lunch at the Master Builder’s.

Sightseeing and exploring Buckler’s Hard is a must before returning to the boat for tea or coffee before departing.

When it’s time to leave we’ll head back down the river to the Solent and then Westward towards the Yacht Haven. When safely back on berth there will time for final refreshments before departing Yallabina for 17:30.

Southampton Water Cruise

Departing from Lymington at about 10:45 after familiarisation and a safety briefing, we will cruise cruise down the Lymington River to the Starting Platform and head East towards the Bramble Bank at the mouth of Southampton Water. We will pass many fabulous sights along the way until we reach Calshot Spit and head up Southampton Water. There will always be plenty to see in Southampton Water and the Skipper will ease back the throttles so that you and your guests can take in the sights as we motor up to the buy cruise ship terminals at the top of the famous Southampton Docks. We will take care to avoid the many other boats including the high speed Red Jet catamarans carrying passengers to the Isle of Wight.

We can take lunch in one of the modern restaurants and bars in Ocean Village or at one of the amazing riverside restaurants along the Hamble river. After lunch we will head back to Southampton Water and over to Cowes and Osbourne Bay before setting our course for Lymington Yachthaven.

Arriving safely back on berth in the Yacht Haven in time for final refreshments before departing Yallabina for 17:30.

These are just examples of what you could do with an indication of the charter cost, you can choose other locations or request you own itinerary. As a general guide, the further we travel from Lymington the more fuel we are going to use.

If necessary, we can meet you and your guests at another location along the Solent; the charter will include a fuel surcharge to cover our journey at the beginning and end of the day.

We try and plan timings during the day to suit you and your guests and we usually try and depart the Yacht haven between 10:30 and 10:45, arriving back in the marina between 16:45 and 17:00.
